Clean rooms and a comfy atmosphere made it feel like home. Unfortunately, we had strange smells in the hallway.

Fancy hotel, airy rooms, bravo!
Nice building and rooms with complete amenities. Good choice of supplies in the room: central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central location. nice. varied breakfast, polite staff. clean bed, towels... room cleaning every day. rooms with high ceilings, TV,. safe and spacious rooms.
the hotel is on a busy street. when the window is open, you can't sleep. it's very noisy. the bathroom is dirty enough: in the shower all the stitches of tiles in the mold of different colors, the toilet is dirty with a persistent smell of urine. in the presence of the fact that they clean the room every day is very strange that they don't. notice this big minus. in the room there is no phone for communication with the reception, no minibar. water and snacks can only be bought in the lobby.

Strategic transportation access, unique room features like large desks, complimentary luggage storage service
The lack of presence at the reception during important times leads to discomfort!!! Some room amenities were inconsistently available!!!

We were in a pleasant shock from the size of the room and its location in the attic! Through the windows in the ceiling you could look at the starry sky. The grandiose size of the toilet and bath (separate) 3 sinks (!!) presence of the kitchen, fridge pleasantly surprised:) Located one kilometre from the main Vienna station, but across the street stops s trains, trams and buses.
Maybe I should have asked at the reception, but the room itself had no dishes. Tired of walking in a room of this size, but after the strudels and zheravki it was even a plus))). There's a problem with the Internet (maximum went up to the span from 1 to 2 floors. The elevator goes only up to the 4th floor, and the attic on the 5th floor (you had to pay for the beauty of your luggage by yourself).

All right! We booked just a week before the trip, so there wasn't much to choose from. 345 euros for 4 nights. hotel is conveniently located near a large railway station, from which you can reach the center in about 20 minutes. windows of our room overlooked a noisy construction site or it was a major road repair. room and bathroom were just huge: you could play football. We even got 3 beds, although they ordered 2 beds. furniture in the room is of high quality, it looks nice. key card to the room is just super comfortable. Cleaning every day, just fine, even put 2 candy on Easter. hospitable girls at reception, always ready to help.
hotel itself is very, well, tired. Rooms in many places are sharpano, ripped off. Look at the photo. 1. bathroom has an elastic band on the door of the cabin and corners are full of unwashed dirt. is it mildew? Especially on the window sill. 1. toilet seat was hanging and could not be attached. no kitchenware and no kettle. Okay. I understand fire safety, cups and forks. couple of plates in the room, Well? at least let the kettle rent boiling water, Otherwise. go to the next cafe and pay 2 euros for a cup of boiling water, simply buy fruit and have nowhere to put it or nothing to slice. Yesterday you want something to eat in your room. That's a huge drawback. I think it's easy and inexpensive to solve if you want! 2... no minibar or at least a tiny fridge. TV in our room never worked. Many times I asked the reception to solve the problem. it was never solved, phone to contact the reception did not work. Internet in our room has not earned. From time to time the network found. unsuccessfully, tomorrow. for 9 euros, just a sad lunch, I think it's not worth it. One yogurt. slices of sausage and cheese, bread, 5 apples. 2 painted juices. coffee machine and cereal, Much nicer in these 9 Euros you can order a varied breakfast with good coffee and a minimum of egg toast at the county cafes. imho. there are no offers for airport transfers. I didn't get them. pillows are really uncomfortable. they're uncomfortable to sleep on, I think they're just out of date and need to be changed. they're a little overpriced... I think, I'd really like these remarks to be taken into account and corrected...

The room featured a spacious layout, offering decent comfort with ample storage through a closet equipped with a safe. The proximity to transport options made hopping around the city easy, with quick access to trams and trains.
The air conditioning hardly provided cool air, relying more on fan-like circulation. This was especially noticeable on warm days. The bathroom had several issues, including a blocked drain and a missing bath plug, while the absence of a ceiling light left the room rather dim. Some light switches didn't work, and two single duvets instead of a double one on the bed felt a bit odd for couples.

Early check-in and late check-out, parking close to the hotel. Romantic room with a clean bathroom.

1) Spacious room. 2) good mattresses. 3) Excellent water pressure in the shower. 4) Responsive staff in the bar, with understanding of our problem. We came to the bar in the evening, but it was already closed, a woman kindly offered us coffee designed for the staff.
1) Toucastle lighting in the room. 2) Instead of one large bed, 2 single beds were connected. 3) The WiFi signal level is not constant. 4) The girl was absent at reception during our check-in, and when she came back she was post-permanent away from other things (there may have been fumes, but still the first impression was a little less). 5) there was a road nearby, so there was a lot of noise at night from cars.

The staff here seems to think they are doing you a favor, especially Agatha, who made me wait unnecessarily. I would've expected a complimentary upgrade after all the hassles but apparently that's too much to ask. So ungrateful, it's sad, really.

Location is good - the tram stop and S-bahn station are just across the road. Our room was airy and nicely decorated. There was even a bath-tub in the bathroom! The stuff was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast was served. And for us this hotel was good value for money.
Beware: the furniture is a little bit shaby (but for us it wasn't important as other aspects suited us very well). The window of my room was to the road so it was noisy but closing the window usually helped :)) otherwise everything was fine

Wien vibes 🌟
The room was actually big and comfy, proper lekker beds. Just pop over the road for the metro, made getting around city easy-peasy. Staff were kind and always up for a chat, which seemed like having a chommie at reception!
But ja, the hallways had this weird smell-like they need a good clean-up.

amazing central spot for city strolls and parks
I had a fantastic time exploring the area, as it was just a short walk to the beautiful Belvedere Museum and a quick jaunt to stroll through St Charles's Church, making each day feel like a new adventure.
